Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Products that are opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
